CNR DSU deals with the complexity of human and social sciences and tangible and intangible Cultural Heritage (SSH/CH). Established in 2012 thanks to the unification of the Dipartiments “Identità Culturale” and “Patrimonio Culturale", the DSU can be compared to a large SSH/CH university, whose mission consists in basic and applied research, in doctoral and post-doctoral training and the transfer of knowledge.
